Session 1: Kick-off Call

Duration: 30 mins

When: Scheduled during purchase or shortly after starting your 51ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø journey.


Meet with your dedicated Customer Success Manager and 51ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Expert via Zoom. Here, we'll quickly run through:

  • Your team’s needs, focus areas, and goals.
  • The key KPIs to track to measure your team's success.
  • The ideal launch timeline for your 51ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø setup.
  • The features that will fuel the top performance of your team.

Session 2: 51ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø training with your Customer Success Manager

Duration: Up to 2 hours

When: Recommended within the first 30 days of your subscription



Your team's performance transformation starts here. To unlock the full potential of your team, we break this down into 3 steps. Each stage builds on the last to give you the full power of data visibility, team motivation, and performance growth.

  • Stage 1: Visualization - Let's build powerful dashboards and reports to start getting actionable performance insights.
  • Stage 2: Gamification - Start using gamification to fuel employee motivation through healthy competition and performance recognition.
  • Stage 3: Coaching - Develop your employee's skills by investing in coaching, training and continuous improvement.

Session 3: Dashboarding with 51ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Expert Services

Duration: Up to 3 hours (to be used within 90 days)

When: Best completed within your first 30 days.


Work side by side with a 51ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Expert. Your expert will be fully briefed on your setup and ready to assist with any technical aspects of your setup. You can use the session in one of two ways:

  • Interactive mode: Collaborate live on Zoom to build formulas, set up dashboards, or dive into any technical training you need.
  • Done-for-you mode: Share the KPIs you want to track, and your expert will configure everything for you.
  • You’ll still be involved during key steps, especially when we need to cross-check your data to ensure everything is accurate.

Ongoing support from your Customer Success Manager

When: After completing your onboarding.

You’ll have a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) who will check in regularly to help you get the most out of your setup. Whether it’s aligning with new goals, building smarter dashboards, or spotting opportunities to boost performance, your CSM is your strategic partner every step of the way.

From quarterly meetings to quick check-in emails, we tailor our support based on your needs and account size — ensuring you always get meaningful value, not just feature know-how. Let’s keep the momentum going.
